Vegetable Dip

INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup boiling water
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 16 oz. package cottage cheese
1 tbsp. chives, fresh or dried
1 tbsp. parley, minced
1/2 tsp. dill weed

INSTRUCTIONS

Dissolve bouillon cube in water and place in blender. Add remaining ingredients to blender and blend. Chill before serving. Serve with vegetables for dipping. Examples: Celery sticks, carrot sticks, cauliflower, radishes and green pepper slices.
