Shrimp Balls

INGREDIENTS

4 lbs. peeled shrimp
2 medium bell peppers
2 medium onions
1 slice bread
1 egg
Flour
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
Oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Grind up clean shrimp in grinder or blender. Then grind up bell peppers,onions, and bread;mix well. Add egg and seasonings;blend together. Sprinkle flour and mix until mixture is pasty or sticky. Drop into hot oil and fry until golden brown. Drop by teaspoonsful.
