Lemon Slush Punch

INGREDIENTS

3-3 oz. pkgs. lemon jello
9 C. boiling water
4 C. sugar
4 C. water
1-16 oz. bottle lemon juice
2-46 oz. cans pineapple juice

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix and cool 3-3 ounce packages lemon jello and 9 cups boiling water. Put 4 cups sugar in 4 cups boiling water.Boil for 1 minute. (Cover and cool.) This keeps crystals from forming on side of pan.When cool add to 1-16 ounce bottle lemon juice, 2 large cans (46 ounce) pineapple juice and mix with jello and sugar mixture and freeze. Serves about 50 people.
