Temperature: 350 degrees
1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
1/2 cup milk
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup raisins to mixture (optional)
1/4 t. jelly; middle of cup cake holder (optional)
Pour mixture in cup cake holders and bake 350 degrees, about 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 12. Jelly may be added to the middle of the cup cake mixture, by pouring half the batter to the cake holders and then placing the jelly and then adding the rest of the batter.
