Sour Cream Cornbread

INGREDIENTS

2 eggs
1 cup of sour cream
1/2 cup of cooking oil
1 cup white creamed style corn
1 cup self-rising cornmeal
3 teaspoons baking powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat eggs in mixing bowl. Add sour cream, corn, cooking oil, and creamed style corn. Mix meal & baking powder together & add to mixture.
Grease pan. Cook in pre-heated oven 450 degrees F. about 12 minutes.
