Spoon Corn Bread

INGREDIENTS

2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 C. sour cream
1/2 C. melted margarine
1-8 oz box corn muffin mix
Optional: 1/4 C. chopped onions and
peppers and 1 sm. jar green chilies

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine eggs, corn, sour cream and margarine. Mix well. Blend in muffin mix and onion, peppers and green chilies. Spread in 9x12" glass pan. bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
