INGREDIENTS
2 cups Hoovers self-rising cornmeal
salt; to taste
water; as needed, but not soupy
INSTRUCTIONS
Stir cornmeal and salt together. Stir water into mixture, but don't make soupy.
Place a round griddle or frying pan on the stove and grease real well. Sprinkle some cornmeal or flour onto the griddle so the bread won't stick. Pour entire mixture onto the pan and brown real good on both sides. May have to turn 2 or 3 times.
