Beer Bread

INGREDIENTS

3 cups self-rising flour
1 can beer
2 tbs sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix and blend together. Pour in a greased loaf pan. Bake until golden brown. Rub oleo or butter on top while hot.

The loaf will not be smooth. Either slice or break a "hunk" off.

Note: If you have plain flour, you can use it by adding 1 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp of salt to each cup of flour.
