Pizza Dough

Servings: 4 - 10 inch pizzas

INGREDIENTS

STEP 1:
2 pkg. dry yeast
pinch sugar
1/4 cup water (105-109 degrees)

STEP 2:
3 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt

STEP 3:
1 1/4 cups warm water
1/4 cups oil, olive or reg.

INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1:
Mix and let stand 3-4 minutes til foamy.

STEP 2:
Sift flour and salt and mix. Pour in yeast mixture and mix well.

STEP 3:
Then add 1 1/4 cups warm water and oil. Kneed until elastic (5-8 minutes).

Let rise until double. About 30 minutes to rise.

Divide into 4 parts. Grease pans and work dough on bottom of pans.

Put favorite toppings on top and cook in a preheated oven. 425 degrees, 12-15 minutes. Cook in middle of oven.
