INGREDIENTS
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. yeast>br>
2 cups warm water (70 F.)
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Coat mixing bowl with olive oil. Add sugar, salt, yeast and water to a mixing bowl and mix for a few minutes. Add flour to mixture and mix and knead for about 15 minutes. Divide into 6 to 8 balls, cover and let rise for about 30 minutes in a warm place. After allowing the dough to rise, the dough can be refrigerated until needed or roll out and place on grease pans and work dough on bottom of pans. Put favorite toppings on top and cook in a preheated oven. 425 degrees, 12-15 minutes. Cook in middle of oven.
