INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 lb shrimp, fresh or frozen
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
3 T. flour
Dash of pepper
2 canned tomatoes
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
Rice ring
INSTRUCTIONS
Peel shrimp, remove sand veins and wash. Cut large shrimp in half. Cook onion, green pepper and garlic in butter until tender. Blend in flour and seasoning. Add shrimp and simmer un- covered about 20 minutes. Serve in a rice ring.
