INGREDIENTS
1 lb. ground beef
1 cup onion, chopped
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup ketchup
16 ozs. tomato sauce
1 pkg American cheese, sliced (approx. 8 slices)
2 cans refrigerated biscuits
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook beef and onion until meat is lightly browned. Drain, add salt and pepper. Stir in ketchup and tomato sauce; heat thoroughly. Put into a 10"x10"x2" square casserole dish. Cut cheese into thin strips, sprinkle over meat. Top with biscuits. Bake at 425 degree for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
