Sausage & Cheese Casserole

INGREDIENTS

1/2 to 1 lbs sausage
6 slices bread cubes
1 cup cheese (shredded)
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Put in a greased casserole and layer 1/2 of bread cubes. Then layer 1/2 of cooked crumbled drained sausage. Next layer 1/2 of cheese then repeat all layers. Beat 6 eggs, add 2 cups milk, mustard and salt. Pour over layered material. Let set 2 or 3 hrs. to allow bread to absorb milk. Bake 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until done. Will puff up when cooked but will settle.
