INGREDIENTS
2 cans of small English peas-drained
2 chopped hard-boiled eggs
Ritz crackers (about 1 stack)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
Drain peas and put in a greased baking dish. Add chopped eggs, chopped cheese, soup and crumbled Ritz.
Stir well and top with crumbled Ritz. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
