Chicken Casserole

INGREDIENTS

2 cups cooked chicken
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, hard cooked (optional)
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 cup celery; chopped
1 cup bread crumbs
3 ozs. almonds
1 small onion; chopped
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 cups mushroom soup
2 cups cooked rice

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix all ingredients except breadcrumbs and margarine. Brown breadcrumbs and almonds in margarine lightly then sprinkle over top of casserole. Refrigerate overnight then bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Makes two small casseroles or one 9 by 13.
