Cheese Bread

INGREDIENTS

1 large loaf French or sour dough bread
9 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
9 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 bunch chopped green onions
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
Mayonnaise

INSTRUCTIONS

Slice the bread lengthwise. Mix onions, spices and Worcestershire sauce with enough mayonnaise to make a workable consistency. Spread on bread. Place on large sheet of heavy-duty foil. Top with cheese. Wrap in foil. Cook for 20 minutes at 375 degree. Unwrap after 10 minutes. Slice into serving pieces.
