Cheese Muffins

INGREDIENTS

1-12 oz. pkg. cottage cheese, dry
1T. sugar
1/2 C. melted butter or margarine
1c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 400 degree. Combine and mix by hand. Grease muffin tins with Pam. Bake at 400 degree for 20 minutes. Serve warm. Great with sour cream and strawberries.
