INGREDIENTS
3 T. margarine
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1 lg. onion
4 to 5 c. dried bread cubes
2 eggs
Giblets and liver from bird
seasonings to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Soak bread in water. Squeeze out water. Saute celery and onion in margarine. Grind or food process RAW giblets and liver and saute. Add to former mixture. Add eggs and season. Stuff very loosely to allow for expansion. Stuffs a 15-pound bird. This will cook in about 5 1/2 hours at 325 degree.
