INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 pts. oyster
3/4 c. butter or other fat
1/8 c. chopped parsley
1 T. chopped onions
2 to 2 1/2 qts. dry breadcrumbs
1/2 t. sage
1/4 t. celery seed
1 to 2 t. salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oysters gently for a few minutes, then drain off all liquid. In the melted fat cook the parsley and onion for a few minutes. Blend these ingredients and the drained oysters with bread crumbs and dry seasonings. Use for stuffing bird or bake in greased pan in moderate oven 350 degree for 20 to 25 minutes.
