Eggs, whole
Bacon fat, or shortening, melted

INSTRUCTIONS

Break eggs into a small bowl. Fry eggs on a lightly greased griddle or pan. Cook until white is firm, about 2 minutes; break yolk; turn eggs over and cook about 2 minutes longer.
