INGREDIENTS
1 can of mushroom or chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
2 T. onion, finely chopped
2 c. crushed potato chips
6 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
Salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend soup, milk, and onion. Arrange layer of chips in bottom of well-greased 1-quart casserole; top with layer of sliced eggs, then
soup mixture. Repeat chips, eggs, and soup mixture. Top with chips. Bake in moderate oven 350 degree for 25 minutes or until sauce is bubbly.
