INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
4 T. milk
1/2 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
1 T. butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Beat eggs; add milk and seasonings. Pour into a moderately hot pan in which the butter has been melted. Stir constantly until eggs are the desired consistency.
