INGREDIENTS
1 loaf large French bread
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. grated onions
1/2 C. chopped celery
1 botton garlic
2 grated carrots
1 small can tomato sauce
2 cans water
3 Tbsp. tomato ketchup
1/2 tsp. Tabasco Sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
3 Tbsp. oleo
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut French loaf of bread in half. Hollow it out, saving the bread you take out to mix with your meat mixture. Brown meat in deep skillet. Add onions, celery, garlic, carrots and bread. In another pot, mix tomato sauce, water, ketchup, Tabasco sauce, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, salt and pepper. Combine meat mixture and sauces, Stuff loaf and add any left to sides of loaf. Put oleo on top after putting loaf on cookie sheet. Put in oven for about an hour at 325.
