INGREDIENTS

1 lg. chuck roast, any roast will do
1 env. onion soup mix
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can mushroom soup

INSTRUCTIONS

Place roast into roasting pan. Top with remaining ingredient and seal pan with baking foil. Bake 1 hour at 400 degrees,turn oven down to 300 degrees and bake 2 more hours. Will form its own gravy.
