INGREDIENTS
6 Tablespoons butter
6 Tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 cup milk
1 cup chicken, cooked, diced
1/2 cup onions, dry chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
2 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup pimento, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
Melt butter and brown flour in it. Cook over low heat, then stir in chicken broth and milk. Boil for 1 minute. Add seasonings and vegetables; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Add chicken, peppers, and pimentos to sauce; heat to serving temperature.
