INGREDIENTS

1 chicken fryer, wash, cut into pieces
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tbsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. red pepper
frying oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut chicken into pieces for frying. Place flour into a bowl and mix in seasonings. Roll chicken in seasoned flour and place in hot frying grease. Cook until done.
