INGREDIENTS
1 c. chopped celery
4 T. butter
1/2 c. flour
3 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. milk
Salt
3 c. diced cooked chicken
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook celery in butter for a few minutes. Stir in flour and blend thoroughly. Then stir in broth and milk and cook until smooth and thick. Season to taste with salt; add chicken. Heat mixture thoroughly and serve hot in a rice or noodle ring, You may also serve on toasted bread .
