INGREDIENTS
1 lb. pork sausage
1 c. chopped onion
1 -8oz. pkg. wide noodle, cooked
1-No. 2 can tomatoes
1 T. sugar
2 t. salt
1 t. chili powder
1 c. dairy sour cream
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook sausage and onion in skillet until meat is brown, no pink is visible, and onion is transparent.Drain strain off excess fat. Add cooked noodles, tomatoes, sugar, salt, and chili powder.Cover and simmer about 15 minutes.Stir in sour cream; heat to serving temperture; serve at once.Grated cheese may be used as a garnish.
