INGREDIENTS

3 to 4 cups Hoovers Self Rising Cornmeal
------------ If other cornmeal is used add a couple of teaspoons of flour to the meal.

INSTRUCTIONS

Clean crabs and fish first. Salt and pepper the fish/crabs before placing in cornmeal. Shake off excees and then fry fish/crabs in hot grease until done.
