Tuna Patties

INGREDIENTS

4 large potatoes, boiled until tender, cooked, drained, mashed
1 can tuna fish, drained
1 egg; slightly beaten
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup flour
cooking oil, 1/4 - 1/2 inch in frying pan

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine cooked mashed potatoes, tuna fish, egg, salt and pepper together. Mix thoroughly. Press into round patties. Flour both sides of patties and place in hot frying oil and brown on both sides. Serve.
