Boiled Shrimp

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 lb. shrimp, headless
1 quart water
1 tbsp. salt
1 bag crab boil seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash shrimp in cold running water. In a large pot bring a quart of water to a boil. Add salt and crab boil seasoning. Place shrimp in boiling water. Cover, return to boiling and simmer 5 minutes. Drain water, peel and remove veins. Serve or chill.
