Shrimp Jambalaya

INGREDIENTS

1 lb shrimp, cooked, cut in half
6 slices bacon (or 4 slices thick bacon), uncooked, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 cans tomatoes, whole
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
dash red pepper or hot sauce
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cups rice, cooked

INSTRUCTIONS

Fry bacon until done. Add onions and bell pepper; cook until tender. Blend flour, salt, pepper, red pepper and garlic powder. Crush tomatoes and add to mixture. Cook until thick. Stir constantly. Add shrimp and rice; heat thoroughly. Serve.
