Blue Crabs (Cooked Alive)

INGREDIENTS

24 hard shelled blue crabs, live
6 quarts water, boiling
1/3 salt
1 pkg. (bag) crab boil seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS

Place live crabs in salted boiling water. Cover and return to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 12 to 15 minutes. Drain. Rinse in cold water. Clean. Serve cold or hot. Makes 6 servings.
