INGREDIENTS
24 hard shelled blue crabs, cleaned
3 quarts water, boiling
3 tbsp. salt
1 pkg. (bag) crab boil seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS
Place cleaned crabs in salted boiling water. Cover and return to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 5 to 7 minutes. Drain. Rinse in cold water. Clean. Serve cold or hot. Makes 6 servings.
