INGREDIENTS

2 lbs fish
Salt and pepper

2 eggs
1/4 c. water
1 c. flour,corn meal,bread or cracker crumbs.

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut fish into serving pieces;sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper. Dip fish into mixture of eggs and water. Roll pieces in flour, corn meal,bread, or cracker crumbs. Fry in deep , hot fat 375 degrees
