Grilled Fish

INGREDIENTS

3 lbs mackerel
1 tsp garlic powder
1 stick of butter
3 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 lemons; squeezed
salt
pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper. Place on aluminum foil with edges turned up. Melt butter to make a sauce; mix in Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and garlic powder and pour over fish. Place on grill and cook for about 30 minutes. Baste fish with sauce often.
