INGREDIENTS

1-7 oz. can tuna
1 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
2 eggs yolks,beaten
1/2 t. salt
Pepper to taste
1 T. minced onion
2 eggs whites.stiffly beaten

INSTRUCTIONS

Drain and flake tuna; mix with potatoes. Stir in egg yolk. Add salt, pepper and onion; fold in egg whites. Put mixture in 6 individual greased custard cups or a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake individual cups in moderate oven 350 degree for 30 minutes and large casserole at 350 degree for 40 to 45 minutes.
