INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 lbs shrimp
1 qt. water
1 T. salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Wah shrimp. Place in boiling salted water. Cover, return to boiling point, and simmer 5 minutes. Drain. Peel. Remove sand veins and wash. Chill before serving.
