INGREDIENTS

UNSTUFFED:
10 to 18 lbs (3 to 3 1/2 hours)
18 to 22 lbs (3 1/2 to 4 hours)
22 to 24 lbs (4 to 4 1/2 hours)
24 to 29 lbs. 4 1/2 to 5 hours)

STUFFED:
10 to 18 lbs (3 3/4 to 4 1/2 hours)
18 to 22 lbs (4 to 5 hours)
22 to 24 lbs (4 1/2 to 5 1/2 hours)
24 to 29 lbs (5 1/2 to 6 1/4 hours)

INSTRUCTIONS

Thaw turkey unopened in refrigerator, 1 day per four pounds or place unopened in cold water 30 minutes per pound.

Season and cook at 325 degrees and according to the weights and times above. Poultry should be cooked thoroughly all the way through. Internal temperature should be 175 degrees F.

Estimate 3/4 of a cup of stuffing for each pound of turkey.
