INGREDIENTS
1 c. chopped celery
4 T. butter
1/2 c. flour
3 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. milk
Salt
3 c. diced cooked turkey
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook celery in butter for a few minutes. Stir in flour and blend thoroughly. Then stir in broth and milk and cook until smooth and thick. Season to taste with salt. Add turkey. Heat mixture thoroughly and serve hot in a rice or noodle ring, You may also serve on toasted bread.
