INGREDIENTS
3 to 4 cups cooked rice
4 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 cup chopped tomatoes
2 eggs, scrambled
1 to 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat margarine in frying pan and add vegetables. Cook until tender, then add rice, salt, pepper, soy sauce and scrambled eggs. Mix all this together.
