INGREDIENTS
1 cup rice
1 dash of oil
1/4 lb. bacon, cut in 1/2 inch strips
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup green peas
1/2 cup diced celery
1 cup thinly sliced green onion
1/2 cup cooked pork, cut in 1/2 inch strips
1/2 cup small shrimp
1 tsp. soy sauce
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Place rice in 2 cups lightly salted water. Bring to boil, cover, reduce heat & simmer 30-40 min. or until water is absorbed. Preheat wok over high heat with oil. Add bacon & cook until crisp. Add eggs & stir-fry until cooked. Add remaining vegetables, pork, & shrimp. Stir-fry until warmed through. Add rice & mix well. Add soy sauce & salt to taste.
