INGREDIENTS
6 cups stock
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 tsp. chicken bouillon
1 1/2 tsp. corn starch
1/2 cup celery, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all ingredients in pot except starch and egg. Bring soup to boiling and let simmer for 5 minutes, then add starch which has been mixed with one-quarter cup of cold water. Stir well, add beaten egg slowly. Turn heat off immediately. Stir thoroughly.
