INGREDIENTS
2 oz. dried egg noodles
6 cups stock
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. chicken bouillon
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. oil
1/4 cup chicken, cooked, diced
salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Place noodles in boiling water and continue to boil for 10 minutes, wash and drain. Place all ingredients except chicken and soy sauce in pot, bring to boiling, add noodles and soy sauce. Mix well, top with chicken and serve.
