INGREDIENTS
6 cups stock
1 beaten egg
4 tbsp. tomato juice
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp. chicken bouillon
1 1/2 tsp. corn starch
salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix corn starch and chicken bouillon in 1/4 cup of cold water and set aside. Place all ingredients except egg and tomato juice together and bring to boiling and let simmer for 5 minutes, then add starch mixture, egg and tomato juice, mix well, stir for a minute or two and serve.
