Chinese Vegetable Soup

INGREDIENTS

3 cups Chinese greens (bok choy)
3/4 cup pork, raw, sliced in thin slivers
1/2 cup water chestnuts, sliced (optional)
1/2 cup bamboo shoots, sliced (optional)
1 tsp. chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. oil or fat
6 cups stock
salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp. soy sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

Place stock in pot, bring to boil, add ingredients except oil and soy sauce, bring to a bloil again and lt simmer for 5 minutes, then add saoy sauce and oil, stir well and serve.
