INGREDIENTS
3 lb. fresh pork spareribs
1 1/2 cups soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar or honey
1 tbsp. sherry wine
INSTRUCTIONS
Wash and remove as much gristle from ribs as possible, and dry with towel. Place all the above ingredients in large deep bowl and mix thoroughly. Place ribs in bowl and mix well, let soak for about 10 minutes, move ribs occasionally so flavor soaks in evenly. Place ribs on broiler and broil until both sides brown and are cooked.
