INGREDIENTS
3 lbs. fresh raw young pork
2 1/4 tsp. salt
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 1/2 cups soy sauce
2 tbsp. sugar or honey
1 tbsp. sherry wine
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut pork in strips about 2 inches wide and 1/2 inch thick. Mix all the above ingredients in a large deep bowl and mix thoroughly. Place pork into bowl and mix well and let pork soak for about 10 minutes. Place pork on broiler and broil as you broil pork chops until brown on both sides and cooked well. This takes about the same time as you would take to broil pork chops of the same thickness.
