INGREDIENTS
1 cup vinegar
2 lbs young pork spareribs
1 cup water
3/4 tsp. salt and a dash of pepper
3 large green peppers
2 cups canned pineapple, cut in cubes
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon
2 large tomatoes
3 tbsp. corn starch
3 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut green pepper diagonally into about 8 pieces to each. Cut tomatoes in wedges 8 pieces to each. Set aside. Cut 2 lbs. young spareribs into about 1 inch pieces, place in boiling water and boil for 3 to 4 min., remove and drain. Place in hot oil and fry until brown. Remove and place all ingredients, except tomato and ribs, in pot, mix well, bring to boiling, add ribs and tomato, mix thoroughly and cook for 3 or 4 minutes. Serves 4.
