INGREDIENTS
6 cups rice, cooked
4 eggs
1 cup bean sprouts
1 1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon
4 tbsp. oil
1 cup chicken, cooked, diced
2 cups onions, finely chopped
4 scallions, finely chopped
4 tbsp. soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Place oil in large hot skillet, add salt, pepper, chicken bouillon and onions, stir 3 mins., then push mixture to one side and add eggs; fry for one min. until eggs are firm. Add rice, scallions and chicken. Mix well and keep stirring thoroughly for 4 min. add soy sauce, mix well. Serve.
